I am a second generation Chef from South Louisiana. One thing the food I grew up with has, for sure, is flavor and a whole lot of soul. I have always had a passion for the art of combining food and experiences that last a life time. After Culinary school over, a decade ago, a fire was sparked in me for farm to table food and cooking. I worked for a private club as a banquet chef where we created memorable experiences at hundreds of events from banquets and coursed dinners to chefs tables. At Cocha, a beautiful farm to table family owned concept, I had the privilege of going to the farmers market every Saturday morning. There I created new dishes every season to incapsulate the feeling and depth of fall, winter, summer, and spring. I enjoy cooking soul food, classic french cuisine, seafood specialties, Italian cuisine, and plant based or vegetarian dishes. Now I’m here to bring that expertise and passion for delicious beautiful food to your home or event!
