Chef Doug and his friend Chef Manny cooked delicious food for a birthday dinner. They worked quickly and presented lovely food to our family and friends. I am so glad that I booked this experience, and would definitely recommend them in the future for amazing delicious events!

With over 15 years of culinary experience, I’ve been a Caterer, Executive Chef, and Personal Chef in New Orleans, Houston, San Antonio, and now the Great City of Boston.
I’ve always looked at cooking as my own personal art. Sharing my feelings and passions experienced through my culinary creations is one of the highlights of my life. As a New Orleans native, my first culinary experience came from the flavorful Cajun and Creole dishes prepared for me by my parents. It was through their love and passion for food that I developed my “Culinary Swag.” I take traditional dishes and fuse them with a Cajun and Creole Bang! These creations are sure to treat your palate with an explosion of flavors!
