My food service career started in Louisville, KY with my father at the age of 14.
My father was both chef and instructor, teaching culinary arts and management. My sister is a pastry chef, and my daughter graduated culinary school at Sullivan University in Louisville KY. Culinary preparation is in my blood!

After leaving the nest I trained in fine dining for several years under chefs from France, Germany and Italy.
I remained in fine dining and private clubs for 10 years before branching out to hotels, airports, and private restaurants (being part owner in one for several years in Chattanooga) and worked for a time at Disney World EPCOT Center.
My cooking style is a mixed match of various cuisines, My cooking style is influenced by various experiences. Fresh quality ingredients and basic cooking techniques speak for themselves.

I am a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation. I am ready to share the power of good food with you!
